When you download, install, open, browse, register, log in, use (collectively, "Use") DigiFace and related services, we will collect, store, use, share, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this policy, please do not use our services.

I. Face Data Policy

1.We analyze your uploaded photos to find out the points of facial features (including eyes, nose, mouth) in the photos for generative processing. We do not collect and store your facial data, and your uploaded photo data is deleted at the end of the analysis process.

2. After you upload your photos, our artificial intelligence technology can help you generate the video you need. You can decide to delete your facial data at any time. We typically retain your facial data for 30 days, after which your facial data and the content you have generated will be automatically deleted from our servers. This limited retention period is designed to respect your privacy while minimizing the wait time for you to use the videos generated by the Services, thereby optimizing your experience.

3. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose and will not share your facial data with any third party.

4. Please note that we may retain your image data for a longer period of time than specified above, such as in connection with your privacy-related requests, and in connection with our communications, if any, that are necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Even if we delete some or all of your personal data, we may continue to retain and use previously collected anonymized data that can no longer be used for personal identification.

II. Personal information we collect and use

（A）When you use the "DigiFace" function, you may obtain the following permissions for your terminal device:

1. Photo gallery access rights

When you use "DigiFace" to make and save a video, we will need to obtain the access permission of your device photo gallery, and write your video and picture information into the mobile phone photo gallery. The permission requires your authorization. If your refusal to provide the permission will only prevent you from using the function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Product and/or the Service, you may refuse the authorization when we request it from you or disable the permission authorization through your device.

2. Camera permissions

When you modify your profile picture or use the shooting service function in the personal center, we will need to obtain the camera permission of your device and collect the picture information you provide. The permission requires your authorization. If your refusal to provide the permission will only prevent you from using the function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Product and/or the Service, you may refuse the authorization when we request it from you or disable the permission authorization through your device.

3. Microphone Permission

When you use the "DigiFace" recording function, we will need to obtain your device's microphone permission and collect your voice information (personal information). The permission requires your authorization. If your refusal to provide the permission will only prevent you from using the function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or the service, you may refuse the authorization when we request it from you or disable the permission authorization through your device.

（B）We collect and use your personal information directly

We will collect information voluntarily provided by you during the use of the services and collected by automated means during the use of the features or acceptance of the services in the following ways:

(1)Ensure the normal operation of "DigiFace" and services

When you use "DigiFace" and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the software and services, we will collect your hardware model, the operating system version number, international mobile equipment identifier (IMEI), network equipment hardware address (MAC), IP address, the software version number, the network access mode and type, operation log information. Please understand that this information is the basic information we must collect to provide services and guarantee the normal operation of products.

(2)Register, authenticate, and log in to "DigiFace" and related services

When you register and log in to "DigiFace" platform and related services, you can register through Apple or Facebook.

(3)To provide you with video, live clip, synthesis function, or service

Video editing and compositing functions are one of the core functions of "DigiFace". To achieve this functionality, we may collect and use the following information or permissions:

①Information provided by you voluntarily, including uploaded photos, audio；

②When you import pictures to make and synthesize videos, we will ask you for sensitive permission to read the content in the photo gallery. If you refuse to provide the authorization, you will not be able to use the video composition function and the function of saving the final synthesized video to the album, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.

Refusal to provide the above information may prevent you from using the core functions, but does not affect the normal use of the other "DigiFace" functions and services.

Please understand that we have de-identified the above information when collecting and using it. The data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with the user's identity, and cannot and will never be associated with your real identity.

Please understand that as our business grows, there may be adjustments and changes to the functions and services offered in "DigiFace" . In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose, we will collect and use your personal information and will inform you again and obtain your consent.

III. The use of cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are common technologies used in the Internet. When you use the "DigiFace" software and related services, we may use the related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access to, and use of, our products.
